Copyright Policy

Last updated: October 2025

4KWALLVIEW respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects creators on our Platform to do the same. This Copyright Policy explains how we handle copyright, what’s allowed, and how to file or respond to a claim.

1. Ownership of Content

  • Creators must upload only wallpapers they own or have the rights to share.
  • Uploading copyrighted material without permission is prohibited.
  • By uploading, you confirm that your content does not infringe on the rights of others.

2. Our Role

  • We do not claim ownership of user-uploaded content.
  • We act as a host and provide a platform for creators to share wallpapers.
  • We follow the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to handle infringement complaints.

3. Reporting Copyright Infringement (Takedown Notice)

If you believe your work has been copied or used without permission, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include:

  • Your name, address, email, and phone number.
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The exact link/URL of the infringing content on our Platform.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the copyright owner (or authorized to act for them).
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

📧 Notices can be sent to: copyrights@4kwallview.com

4. Counter-Notice (If Your Content Was Removed)

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your name, address, email, and phone number.
  • The link/URL of the content that was removed.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
  • Your consent to U.S. federal court jurisdiction in your district (or where you live if outside the U.S.).
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the copyright owner files a legal action within 15 business days.

5. Repeat Infringers

Accounts that repeatedly violate copyright may be suspended or permanently banned. We reserve the right to remove content without prior notice if it violates this Policy.

6. Disclaimer

We are not legal advisors. If you are unsure whether your content infringes on someone’s rights, consider seeking legal advice before uploading.
